Berry Moon Bowl with Pistachio Coconut Cookie Butter

Our Pistachio Coconut Cookie Butter takes a classic smoothie bowl to a whole new level.

In a blender, combine 1½ cups frozen berries, 1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder, 1 teaspoon honey, and 3 tablespoons of plant-based or dairy milk. Blend until smooth, adding 1–2 additional tablespoons of milk if the mixture is too thick to blend.

Pour into a bowl and top with fresh strawberries, raspberries, dried coconut, granola, and a generous spoonful of Pistachio Coconut Cookie Butter for a perfectly sweet, creamy, and nutty finish.
